The BUD Fund, which is dedicated to helping SMEs expand into the global market, is now available in a new version called “Easy BUD”!

According to The Government, the application form, the requirements for supporting documents and the vetting arrangements have been simplified under “Easy BUD”. As a result, the target processing time of "Easy BUD" applications will be halved to within 30 working days as compared with general BUD applications.

In other words, funding will be approved faster for enterprises to initiate more marketing and branding schemes, e.g. website and APP development, advertising, exhibitions participation, trademark registration, etc. The maximum grant for each project is HK$100,000.
